"The hotel was clean and the staff very friendly! Anthony was so great with Smores around the fire! He went all out to make stay great! The housekeeping needs improvement as far as frequency. It needs daily towel removal and replacement. We had to go get our own stuff /towels from desk on day 3 after no housekeeping. The pool is nice but needs more than 3 lounge chairs. Beds, pillows and spacious room was comfortable and having a kitchen with glassware, big fridge and everything else u need was great! Breakfast time was short ending at 9 and food was okay . They did keep the coffee filled which was nice. Overall nice stay!"

"I always try to stay at an Extended Stay when I’m away, they are usually very clean and safe, but this one is by far is one of the cleanest ones I’ve ever stayed at ! The rooms in the property are in immaculate condition."

"We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful Vrbo in Brandon, Florida! The house was spotless, spacious, and perfect for our group. With 4 comfortable bedrooms and 2 well-maintained bathrooms, everyone had plenty of room to relax and feel at home.The pool was definitely the highlight — clean, private, and perfect for both relaxing afternoons and evening swims. The outdoor area was well set up for families and gatherings, making it easy to enjoy the Florida weather.The kitchen was fully stocked, the beds were comfortable, and the entire home was thoughtfully decorated and very welcoming. We made great use of the pool table and the board games provided. The location was also convenient, close to restaurants, shopping, and just a short drive to Tampa attractions.The host was responsive, friendly, and made check-in and check-out incredibly easy. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable getaway in Brandon!"

"This is the best vrbo we have ever had. Owner responds immediately. House was immaculate. First vrbo i felt comfortable not wearing shoes.Nice quiet neighborhood. We felt comfortable taking short walks there. Host was kind, caring, made sure we had everything. There is a smalll gas ststion a short walk away where you could purchase drinks, and some food. Is one thing to be aware of. Ray James stadium about a bit more than half hour away. I cannot praise the house or owner enough. I would give 20 stars rating if i could. Truly is home away from home. I definitely would stsy there if i ever return that way. "

"Honestly one of the best VRBO properties I have ever stayed at. Rick, Ruth and Meme thought of everything you might need when staying away from home. The house was super comfortable and the pool was absolutely wonderful. Would definitely stay here again if ever in the area."

"Serves as a good home base for a stay in the area. Host is responsive and quick to resolve any issues.The Laundry area was the only downside, being unable to run a spin cycle and the dryer took absurdly long to dry anything."

"The good: spacious house, nice enough neighborhood and area, house is stocked with a lot of kitchen stuff and other things you might need, the host was nice enough to give me early check in, and there was no crazy checkout process. The not so good: the host really needs to go through and walk the property, it’s pretty beat up, there was broken furniture, and everything just felt worn out. The pictures are not up to date, there was no pergola in the back when we were there in April 2026, the patio is no longer screened in. The pool was cold and pretty green. We saw a large bug in the kitchen, and outside in the patio area there was wasps living in the ceiling. Over all it was fine for our stay, but unsure if I’d recommend it. "
