8.4/10 Very good! (595 reviews)
The minute we walked in my wife tried to close the bathroom door and a piece of metal fell on her head. They gave us another room. Other than that, everything else was fine. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room they gave us was comfortable enough.

9/10 Wonderful! (807 reviews)

So we called down and waited three hours for luggage racks asking two or three times if they would be up soon. And we thought this was really Not great service.

Pas grand chose à redire sur l’hôtel. Service laisse un peu à désirer notamment à la réception mais ..."

"Photos do not represent the hotel, they are of a restraunt next door which provides breakfast service and patio access for the hotel. The room was very small no space for two carry-on cases. The shower rail was loose on the wall, paint was peeling, and only two pillows was a first for a double ..."
