"The room we had 273. The bathroom had mold in the shower. The tv didn’t work right. Half the channels didn’t work. The air conditioning was terrible. Didn’t cool the room down much at all. We always stay there and have really good rooms. Not this time."

"I stayed for five days with friends. The staff were borderline rude some times. But some staff were amazing! They were constantly out of towels for the pool. However the room was clean and comfortable, the housekeeping staff were very nice and friendly."
