the staff is very friendly and accommodating. the resort is clean, all services available, and a very welcoming stay. the location is close to the main street but still hidden away with great views. would stay there again in a heart beat!

“Clean towel” that where folded and place neatly on the towel rack.

This is hands down the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. There was no trash can, cups, coffee maker or fridge. When I attempted to leave, my car was blocked in and the clerk said he couldn’t do anything including calling a tow truck. The walls and doors had holes and broken areas. The asthetics are absent. Wouldn’t ever stay here again.

The rooms are outdated. They need to upgrade. The king bed suite was cool because it divides into two rooms, but only one room had a tv and ac the other only had a fan. The beds were not even king size. They were queen size . It smelled bad. They need to clean better. The only thing I liked was the shower. The water pressure was strong. It’s a sketchy .
Doors were dirty and old.
Not clean at all. Has some patota chips inside .

Friendly check in, location has great amount of parking, noise level was appropriate all around. Highly recommend their comfort suites! Only complaint is that the ice machine is not free but ¢.25 isn’t the end of the world. I would return.

this place shouldnt be in buisness the room entry door was kicked in and there was a gap that you could see right in the room , the towel were so old more than 10 yrs. the furniture was from the 20's and our so called non smoking room smelt like cigarettes .expedia should take this ho stroll hotel off there recommendations

Overall the room was clean and comfortable. I realize that they had recently gone thru a change of ownership and were in the midst of changing their color scheme and other details of the facility but they lacked any type of laundry service on site and offered no other amenities.
