The pictures does wonders for this place. Staff was unavailable when checking in, I had to call a number for them to come & still had to wait 10 minutes. Room floor was extremely dirty. We were only provided 2 towels for a party of 5. You can tell this place is holding on to threads, being that it has changed ownership several times. I will say that it is in a decent location, right next door is a Shell gas station, McDonald's, & supermarket.

the staff is very friendly and accommodating. the resort is clean, all services available, and a very welcoming stay. the location is close to the main street but still hidden away with great views. would stay there again in a heart beat!

The hotel is dated room 102 is the only room I can speak to from experience. There's an odor like the room used to be a smoking room, but is now a non-smoking. The shower had very poor water pressure. The tub drain would not seal and the room was in a state of not disrepair but not full maintenance if that makes any sense. Four walls and a bed close to the 91. If anybody needs place to stay it suits the needs but no frills.

I would not recommend staying here. We woke up to find there was no running water at all, so we couldn’t shower, wash our hands, or even flush the toilet. There was no warning or communication from the hotel. The room also had hair in the bed that wasn’t ours, the floor tiles were loose and sticking up, which felt unsafe, the paintings were cracked, and there wasn’t even a working smoke alarm. Overall, the room felt poorly maintained, unclean, and unsafe. This was a very disappointing experience, and I don’t feel the stay was worth what we paid.

The room had an AC unit, but it was ridiculously loud, even on the lowest setting. It was so loud that it was impossible to sleep with it on. As I wasn’t able to sleep with it on, the temp in the room was way too hot and it was hard to get a proper sleep. This would put me off staying here again

This is hands down the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. There was no trash can, cups, coffee maker or fridge. When I attempted to leave, my car was blocked in and the clerk said he couldn’t do anything including calling a tow truck. The walls and doors had holes and broken areas. The asthetics are absent. Wouldn’t ever stay here again.

The rooms are outdated. They need to upgrade. The king bed suite was cool because it divides into two rooms, but only one room had a tv and ac the other only had a fan. The beds were not even king size. They were queen size . It smelled bad. They need to clean better. The only thing I liked was the shower. The water pressure was strong. It’s a sketchy .
Doors were dirty and old.
Not clean at all. Has some patota chips inside .
