"Front desk person was sick and proceeded to tell us so but kept talking to us. Room was not very clean bathroom sink area garbage left.
Breakfast was still not open at 615. Even though it was supposed to be open 6-9"

"Room wasn’t ready at check-in. Left for 2+ hours and still had to wait for the room to get clean. Once I got the room it was dirty and didn’t have the accessibility and bed I paid extra for. I have mobility issues and the elevator was off and on. The staff and location was great. I request a refund or credit and still nothing. "

"We stopped here driving home from Florida to NY. We didn’t plan our stop ahead of time and decided to just drive until we were tired. The hotel was clean but very old, dated and dingy. There was a free breakfast that was average- waffle maker, cereal, yogurt, etc. The woman on staff at the breakfast center seemed annoyed we were there, we got there at 9am and were the only ones there, breakfast was served until 9:30, maybe she had already cleaned up thinking there wouldn’t be any more guests? The front desk was very friendly and helpful.
Honest review, I would not stay here again unless I absolutely had to. A step up from a motel but definitely not what I would consider “nice”. We will definitely plan ahead next time."
