"I was given a room with a clogged toilet. I told the front desk when I went out for the day at 9:30 in the morning. I returned at 2:30 in the afternoon and the toilet was still clogged. Apparently the maintenance man is not responding. And they tell me they can’t move me rooms as housekeeping is still working. So, here I sit with a clogged toilet and no where to go. I have been coming here for years, and this is the worst I have yet experienced. It’s like the staff don’t care."

"The staff here are the friendliest and most helpful people I’ve encountered in hospitality. They helped me get my missing jacket (lost and found) shipped back to me. Before that though on our first night they helped get a room with a better desk in it. Everyone says hi, good morning, etc. I wish more hotels had good staff. They need a little TLC time on the room furniture. We actually moved two separate rooms due to wobbly desks (my family can be klutzy) and bad desks were in both rooms. The room ac/heater unit was a little loud and had an erratic fan sound happening. Probably just needs cleaning. Anyway - I love the cookies at the front desk and that there was always coffee downstairs in the lobby. "

"We had a truck and a trailer and we provided with safe parking the hotel manger waited at the door to let us in while we gathered our suitcases and we took elevator to the 3rd floor and we founded our room to be nixed decorated a big tv exceptionally clean "

"The staff were polite the building was a bit worn and could used some renovations. There was a lot of clutter outside and needs a lot of maintenance."

"This is located directly off of the highway. The lobby was very clean and the staff were accommodating. We checked in and out within 3 hours. While the room was very large, it had a very musty smell, the door had gaps in the weather stripping, which I'm assuming is what contributed to the ants we found in the room. Not just a couple. The staff was great at allowing us to check out and ensured we received a full refund."
