Staff were always kind and polite no matter how difficult things got. I stayed here during a snowstorm that caused increased need for room changes and greatly increased need for the morning buffet. Staff handled these changes with kindness and grace and never made me feel like they were overburdened.

Lobby lights were off even while talking to receptionist. Awkward conversation. Bed horrible and lumpy, pillows overstuffed, worst tv ever and wouldn’t shut down properly always leaving a dull glow in this room all throughout the night. No amenities for coffee or tea in the room. Never ever again ...

The rooms are clean but very little insulation in the walls. I could hear the entire conversation of my neighbors. Our room was very close to the highway as well. Nice view though.
