Great room , great service

There were so many broken amenities, hair dryer, sink, remote control and even the key access reader. Staff members were super friendly though, they need some maintenance done.

I would definitely stay here again. Rooms were a good size for New York. Staff was friendly and attentive. We had an issue with the light flashing but the staff came in quick to fix the issue, there also was a room near by with a dog that kept barking. Not sure if the staff could do anything about, but I wish we would give an option to move. The location was great with stores nearby, good food options and close enough for the subway. We would highly recommend this to anyone

Staff courteous...helpful....easy check in and check out....close to everything.....safe

Hotel rooms and staff were amazing. We ate at the on site restaurants but the menu was fairly limited. We would likely eat elsewhere next time.
