"Sheets were dirty when we arrived, asked front desk to notify housekeeping staff. Front desk dropped off two folded top sheets for us to change the sheets ourselves."

"My stay at the W South Beach was nothing short of amazing! From check-in to check-out, everything was exceptional. The location is perfect, with direct beach access and plenty of shopping, restaurants, and attractions within walking distance. The hotel itself is beautiful, modern, and well-maintained, creating the perfect atmosphere for relaxation and enjoyment. This was the perfect vacation for me and my significant other. We enjoyed every moment of our stay, from the stunning views to the outstanding service provided by the staff. The room was spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a memorable getaway. If you’re looking for a luxurious South Beach experience with convenience, comfort, and excellent hospitality, I highly recommend the W South Beach. We had an incredible time and are already looking forward to our next visit!"

"Loved every thing about this place, very comfortable and clean and classy, felt we were in a nice hotel in Vegas. The Casa Gianni restaurant downstairs was awesome. Great location, lot of places to eat and shop around. Very safe. Wish we had a condo with a ceiling fan and microwave. They do have some that come with it. We had a condo with city view, tall buildings around, my son stayed before in an ocean view condo and said It was amazing. This will be our go to place anytime we are in Miami next."

"I’ll start by saying I’m pretty chill and low maintenance, however I feel compelled to share my Awful experience, long story short…never stay here unless you absolutely must. The room was FILTHY, the tables had sticky liquid on it, the floors were FILTHY! My feet were black on the bottom from walking on the floors, there was what I believe to be public hairs in the shower, the bathroom floor had make up all over, the iron had something sticky all over the handle…disgusting, the phone was COVERED in foundation. And a little cherry on top, I left an expensive hat behind and of course “it wasn’t found”. I wouldn’t stay here again if they paid me!"

"I like the room, the balcony, and the overall appearance of the hotel.The property itself was beautiful. Unfortunately, my birthday experience was ruined by poor room service customer service. When I called to order food, I was repeatedly transferred back and forth between two employees. As someone who uses an accessibility device for Deaf and Hard of Hearing communication, this was especially frustrating. I eventually asked for a manager, who handled my order professionally and made sure my food was delivered. I appreciate the manager's help, but the experience left a negative impression. I was also disappointed by the nightclub experience. As a hotel guest celebrating my birthday, I asked if there was any special access or VIP accommodation and was told no. After seeing the long line, I ended up returning to my room and missing my dinner reservation. The day pool party was the highlight of my stay. The staff were friendly, the food was good, and I enjoyed the atmosphere. However, the seating rentals were extremely expensive. Another downside was the location. Transportation costs were very high, with Uber rides often costing $60-$80 each way. Because of this, I was unable to enjoy all the activities I had planned. While the room and pool area were excellent, the poor room service experience, expensive transportation, and disappointing birthday experience mean I would not stay here again.
