"The whole place was spotless! This was the first time we stayed on the family selection side of this resort. The E-family host Josue was amazing.We were herewith our family(14 people) to celebrate our 50 th anniversary. The E-family host decorated our room while we’re out for a special dinner. We were so surprised when we returned to find the room filled with balloons and a congratulations banner!He also booked all of our suppers at the specialty restaurants and help alert staff to our allergies and special diet needs. The staff at the restaurants(especially the Nest) were wonderful and I felt so safe eating here."

"The hotel is beautiful, with lots of places to sit and relax, lovely gardens and an excellent swimming pool. There were always pool chairs available and poolside service for drinks. The food in the buffet and at the a-la-cartes was excellent. You will never go hungry here, there is always something delicious to eat. The beach is well maintained and the attendant is quick to bring you a lounge chair, they could do with a few more umbrellas at the beach. The staff are friendly and professional. Our favourite place was the sunset bar overlooking the ocean. The view is stunning at any time of day and especially just after the sun has set. We will definitely be back to Iberostar Playa Mita. "

"Our stay at Casa Lotería in Sayulita was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived, we were completely captivated by the beauty of the hotel. The breakfast each morning was absolutely delicious and something we looked forward to every day. It was the perfect way to start our mornings before heading out to explore. And the location truly couldn’t have been better — close to everything, just steps from the beach, shops, and amazing restaurants, yet still peaceful and relaxing. The staff was so warm, welcoming, and attentive. Their genuine hospitality made our stay even more memorable. This trip was even more meaningful because we got engaged during our time there, and Casa Lotería will forever hold a special place in our hearts because of it. Celebrating such an important moment in such a beautiful setting made it all the more special. We are already dreaming about our next visit and can’t wait to return to Casa Lotería. It will always be a place filled with the most wonderful memories for us. 💛"
