We enjoyed our stay at the hyatt regency. The staff were very nice and house keeping was excellent. But we were disappointed that the club room was closed due to ramadan. We wish this had been communicated to us in advance. The morning breakfast was good but the evening snacks were the same cold quiche every night which quickly got boring. It was not the club floor experience we were expecting.

Sky casa had many perks- the shuttle was on time and effective. The check in process was great, some staff in the restaurant was very helpful and nice, and the location was clean- so were the rooms. Some cons: the AC did not work to our liking and the staff in the restaurant the second day/ for breakfast ...
