"Clean room. Check in was not seamless. Although I went to property “A” to check in, pay, and provide contact info- I had to call several times as I still had not received a text with code to check into room- which was properly “B”. Thank goodness there was an accurate property phone number. When I called the second time- I did get a check in code. Coffee maker in room did not work well-also not good condiment selection- no sugars. The room was clean and I was upgraded to a king suite- however I would have rather just had the early check in I requested . Layout in bathroom was awful- door swings in way of toilet- vanity. All in all was a Cute place . Small Fridge , a 3-4 block walk to beach. Several restaurants / shops within walking distance. Free parking. Small pool with lounge chairs. Next time I would opt for a place right on beach."

"Our group really enjoyed our stay. So many fun activities to keep families entertained. Something for everyone. Only 15 minutes from good beaches and a well stocked kitchen. Included beach chairs and wagons which was great. Mosquitos were the biggest downside which isn't the houses fault but bring bug spray!"

"House was amazing and just perfect for our group of 10. The pool and outdoor area were great Walking distance to the beach, grocery and restaurants. We rented a golf cart which was a lot of fun."

"Very clean and absolutely amazing house! The pool was awesome, fishing off the dock was great and there was always something to entertain everyone between the books and games and water activities! There’s a note in the garage that we were welcome to use the pool & sand toys and fishing equipment. We even bought a few things to leave behind as well! The only ‘issues’ we had were the bugs outside because the pest repellent system did not work. We would absolutely rent this house again!"

"This was the perfect house for us!!! There were 10 of us. Everyone had their own bed and bathroom. We are all pickle ball players and had tournaments all week, rain or shine. All the rooms were spacious which allowed privacy if you needed it. The partially screened area by the pool helped keep the bugs from biting but bug spray is a must. The owners has mosquito spraying around the property which was awesome. The beaches are very close and each one was different. The pool is cleaned twice a week and they check the hot tub chemicals as well. The kitchen was well stocked with basic spices, cutlery and dishes/pots & pans. Our host was incredibly responsive to any of our needs. We would definitely stay there again!"

"Spektakuläre Lage - besser geht’s nicht, grandiose Hausverwaltung die in der Sekunde reagiert.Das Haus selbst ist in die Jahre gekommen. Das Bad beim kleinen Schlafzimmer ist so alt und abgenutzt, dass es wirklich nicht mehr schön ist. Der Griller unbenutzbar, das Geschirr teilweise schmutzig in den Schränken."

"This place was perfect! We traveled to Florida with a group of 14 high school students. Our students truly had the best time! They enjoyed the pool, ping pong table, foosball table, and the patio area where they played card games. The place had plenty of beds so our students were able to have their own space. I would highly recommend this property for large groups!"
