If you're travelling on a budget I would recommend this accommodation. I stayed in a single room with shared bathroom. The accommodation was clean and comfortable, though the room was very small - just enough room for a single bed and very small bedside table ... but it did have a TV. The shared bathroom was clean with plenty of hot water and good water pressure, though the shower cubicle is very small. As a lone traveller I felt safe there (5th floor and plenty of locked doors). My only gripe with the room was that it had no window to the outside - there was a 'window' which opened to the stairwell/lift and there was a lot of noise from this area until quite late at night. The location is good - a 5-10 minute walk to Gran Via, about 20 minute walk to the Plaza Mayor - with quite a few places to eat and small shops for snacks and beverages close by. Staff were friendly, though I didn't really require their services as only there for a few days.

Excellent and beautiful location with walking access to many shops, city landmarks, dining options. Staff was very friendly and supportive. The room was nice with private bathroom. Wonderful experience, would stay there again anytime.

"Everything is brand new, which is really nice. The check-in process was very smooth, and there's someone there to help you. The rooms are spacious, which was a plus. The only downside is that they are quite far from the city, and there are very few dining options nearby. You do have an Aldi down ..."
