"The overall experience is ok. I stayed for four nights, the staff were friendly and the cleaning staff did a good job. On the last day before checking out, there was a cleaning lady knocked the door loudly, I told her I will check soon, she said 'I know' then just walked away. Very rude. Another surprise is they charge you for luggage storage. I wanted to stored my luggage for a couple of hours before heading off to the airport, and its not free of charge. Sorry I never encounted this before. The last day totally ruined the experience."
