Countryfarm "Bellaria" between Langhe and Monferrato region

A huge independent countryfarm situated in the green, 1 km from Rocca D'Arazzo, tipycal piedmontese village. It's near Asti, Alba, Monferrato and Langhe region, Unesco heritage. It can accomodate max 15 people, and it is so divided: 2 dining rooms, a kitchen, a living room with a wood burning fireplace a bathroom at the ground floor. 3 double rooms ( one of it with a single bed plus), one room with 2 single beds, 2 bathrooms at the first floor. A large attic with a double bed and 4 single beds at.
2 cots are available. It’s a old house so it’s fresh inside in summer. In the garden outdoor furniture, bbq, sun umbrellas, deckchairs.
A pool for children ( 2mt. x3mt) is available from june to september.
In the area wineries, restaurants, tipycal trattorie. The farmhouse is for the exclusive use of guests.

Quaint Country Home
This large country home easily fit our family of 6 adults and 1 toddler. Giordana was immediately responsive to inquiries before, during and after our stay. The pool was really a sitting pool to cool off in, you could not actually swim, which we knew. The kitchen was well stocked, the bedrooms were large, bathrooms sufficient. Our host even helped arrange a private Cooking lesson for our family which was fantastic. I highly recommend this home near Asti and Alba.

Alles aanwezig voor een mooie vakantie
De beschrijving klopt met wat je ter plaatse aantreft qua uitrusting. Wel zijn er nog een paar zaken die wat storend zijn en die beter aangegeven kunnen worden of opgelost door de eigenaar: de muren zitten vol zouten waar door buiten maar vooral ook binnen de cementbepleistering afbrokkelt op zowat alle muren wat een slordige aanblik geeft. Verder was er nogal wat last van insecten (muggen en wespen) maar dat is moeilijker aan te pakken maar misschien wel het vermelden waard. Wel top: 2 koelkasten en een ruime diepvrieskist wat is de zeer warme periode weer welkom was. Zwembad precies op maat van de kleintjes maar niet echt een zwembad te noemen. De keuken was wel krap om voor 14 personen te koken, voor ons (met 10) was het net haalbaar. De eigenares was wel zeer responsief en behulpzaam. Groeten, Willy

Fantastic house
We wanted a house with many bedrooms and received much more. A kitchen with everything one ever needs, two dining rooms and an excellent large living room with satellite tv so we could watch the soccer matches, and a lovely garden with plenty of chairs. The temperature in the house was fantastic, and so was our host!

Weekend speciale
Abbiamo appena trascorso un weekend speciale in questo casale dal sapore... romantico in un caldo weekend di inizio autunno. Giordana, la proprietaria, è veramente una persona gentile e nel casale abbiamo trovato tutto il necessario. Un'atmosfera veramente deliziosa! Davvero consigliato.

Weekend bellissimo!
Abbiamo trascorso nel casolare un bellissimo weekend. Eravamo 3 famiglie con 5 ragazzini e devo dire che quest'ultimi non volevano più ripartire. La casa è grande, luminosa, ben tenuta e accessoriata di tutto. Ci sono tanti posti letto ( i ragazzi hanno dormito tutti insieme nella bellissima mansarda) e una bella sala con camino dove poter mangiare ed intrattenersi. Giordana è stata una padrona di casa squisita, sempre presente e gentile, anche nei giorni precedenti il nostro arrivo mi ha dato tante informazioni utili su ristoranti e attrazioni del luogo. Vale la pena di tornare anche nella bella stagione per sfruttare il bellissimo giardino, noi torneremo sicuramente!
