Great location between train station and downtown and ferry docks to Portofino, Fruttoso, etc. We based here to explore Cinque Terre, Portofino and Santa Margherita Hotel features an excellent gym, helpful and engaged staff, clean rooms, solid WiFi and seems dog friendly. The property is well maintained and looks much younger and hipper than the 20 years it’s been around. I’d definitely would stay at LHP again. Did not try food or drinks, but breakfast was 30 euros per person.

The room smelled pretty bad even with the windows open. There's also a bunch of mosquitoes flying around, but everything else was ok!

Great property and great location. They have a good breakfast room at the rooftop.

Probably one of the best locations possible. Right across the street from the train station, just a 7 minute walk. Tons of restaurants and bars in the Square itself and walkable into the main Square where the cathedral and other major site attractions are(within 5min). Shopping is all around, people are nice and friendly, amenities were great, breakfast was included every day. I’d stay here again given the choice.
