Dico solo questo. Abbiamo un figlio che si è ammalato la sera prima di partire, ho chiamato e con estrema gentilezza mi hanno spostato di un giorno la vacanza, non solo, hanno anche fatto un upgrade ad una superior. Certo c’era disponibilità, ma siamo in fascia altissima e il personale si è adoperato al massimo per accontentarci. Questo vale 10 stelle, tutto il resto può passare in secondo piano. Ah comunque tutto perfetto!

Aspetto esterno criticabile, insegne fulminate, divanetti con posaceneri stracolmi di cicche. Hall ferma a 30 anni fa, bar senza ghiaccio e poco invitante. Camere ampie, rifatte in stile essenziale e sobrio ben pulite, bagni nuovi molto ben messi. Colazione con ampia scelta ma potrebbe essere presentata meglio. Personale gentile e disponibile. Prezzo un po’ alto (120 euro) in rapporto alla struttura ma in linea con il posto.

La struttura è pulita e accogliente anche se con infissi un po' datati. Il personale è stato disponibile e attento a soddisfare le nostre richieste, naturalmente nel limite del possibile. Abbiamo mangiato bene, le pietanze sono state genuine, si vede che lo chef utilizza perlopiù prodotti locali, purtroppo l'acqua non è compresa nel pacchetto e nel ristorante per stare caldi abbiamo indossato abiti pesanti.

Ottimo soggiorno

È dal 2012 che frequentiamo l'hotel Holydays ed ogni anno ci ritorniamo con piacere. Anche stavolta la vacanza è stata gradevole. Sia la Sig.ra Liliana che il Sig. Angelo sono sempre stati disponibili e pronti per la soluzione di qualsiasi problema ed esigenza. La pulizia della camera, nel suo complesso, è stata ineccepibile. Le colazioni ottime. Il servizio ristorante è stato, come al solito, impeccabile, sia per la qualità del cibo che per la cura prestata dal personale. E che dire delle grigliate organizzate dal Sig. Angelo nel bosco di Rocca di Mezzo?? Bravo, competente e professionale. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Senz'altro ci ritorneremo.

Splendido soggiorno a Roccaraso.

I Titolari e il personale tutto sono stati accoglienti, affettuosi, premurosi e disponibili. La struttura è un pò datata ma con ogni confort. Servizi igienici nuovi e sempre puliti. Ottima cucina casalinga. Biancheria e pulizia ineccepibili. In sintesi, i miei familiari ed io, ci siamo sentiti come a casa nostra.
