Private: natural state property 5 ha, natural garden, meadow. Garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: washing machine. 1.5 km long very bumpy, steep motor access (mountain road). Parking on the premises. Shop 2 km, grocery 2 km, supermarket 2 km, bar 2 km. Walking paths from the house 10 m. Nearby attractions: Roccatederighi 4 km, Roccastrada 9 km, Massa Marittima 28 km, Grosseto 29 km, Follonica 37 km. Hiking paths: Bouldering 300 m. Please note: car recommended. Oase der Ruhe

Es war ein toller super ruhiger Urlaub. Das Haus hatte alles geboten was man braucht. Viel Platz, ein riesiges Grundstück mitten im Wald - einfach Traumhaft! Das Vermieterpaar ist super nett, wir wurden mit Wein und Kuchen empfangen. Die Zufahrt zum Haus führt durch den Wald und ist nur mit einem "normalem" PKW möglich (mit tiefer gelegtem Auto unmöglich, was in der Toskana sowieso üblich ist).
