Very convenient location and efficient staff. Room met our needs.

Fix light, toilet paper roll, bed to low to the ground unless I got a handicap room by accident. Shower curtain doesnt close, although pics on site showed glass doors. Tub didn’t drain. Staff were very friendly

Gorgeous and convenient

Overall, it was clear that the hotel was tired and a little run-down. Our room was clean, but there were noticeable mold spots on the ceiling tiles in the bathroom, a shaky, broken main door that had been obviously repaired, and a lack of hot water, which made it challenging to enjoy the couple of nights we stayed there. Still, luckily, it was available and a short bus ride to NYC. I would stay there again in a pinch, but it was definitely on the cusp of questionable in my book.

Room was clean, staff was helpful in that they held our bags for us between check out and the time we left for airport but overall were not helpful. The Italian restaurant employers were by far the most helpful of any employee
