"Amazing location at one of the most beautiful beaches we have witnessed during our vacation in Mauritius. The hotel complex is very pretty and well designed (pools, bars, ...). Despite the 5* rating of the hotel the rooms are rather outdated and could more well maintained (e.g., light switches, doors, old A/C, ..). The effort/extras the hotel provided during our honeymoon were amazing and stood out from other hotels. "

"If you are looking for a budget holiday and are not expecting a 5 star menu about the variety or quality of food on offer then you’ll be fine. The overall look and feel of the reception/bar/ restaurant are was pleasant, clean with good service, although I found some of the ‘no local’ waiting staff preferred to service a minority vs majority as being a solo female traveler. The room was a good standard for a 3 star hotel although cleanliness could have been a better standard. Spa was very nice...
