Room was great, but the Keurig machine did not work and there was hardly any water pressure in the shower. I would have appreciated their replacing the coffee maker for a four day stay.

Woodcliff Hotel and Spa
Staff was great! All was in order at the property and it was great to see some upgrades being done. Our son will be attending St. John Fisher University next year and we are looking forward to our next stays after his football games!!

Baymont by Wyndham Henrietta/Rochester
The room was clean, updated and the bathroom was very nice. Shower worked great and the soap/shampoo dispensers are a nice option (in case you left yours at home).

Hampton Inn & Suites Rochester/Victor
A couple was screaming at 2:30 in the morning last night on the first floor for what had to be about 30 minutes. For all the common area cameras and being right around the corner from the front desk, they allowed it to go on. For what we paid, that should have been assessed and fast.
