This was a basic hotel, clean and well managed. It is close to shopping and restaurants. A little tough to figure out how to get into and out of the parking lot at first but not hard once you figure it out. Tiniest bathrooms I have ever seen! Not big enough for the sink to be in the bathroom with the toilet and the shower. Shower is standard size but with the door and the toilet, very tight if you are not a small person.

We arrived late around 1 am in the night, just had to reach out to the reception at 6PM to generate the keys which let us in. Everything was seamless. During our 1 day stay we found receptionist & hotel staff to be courteous & friendly & accommodating to our custom request of late checkout at 11:45 am as well. Hotel is well located, walkable starbucks & chipotle nearby ticks the box of caffeine + food needs to get you on the road as well.

So, the hotel was clean and the room comfortable. The staff at the front were both pleasant. However, we got up the next morning to shower and had no hot water. So, no showers. When I went to the desk to report it, was informed it was a problem they had just become aware of and someone was coming to fix it. I am disappointed that we were only comped 25%. 2 people without showers about to travel quite far that day. Just not the best negotiation between Expedia and the hotel.
