Everyone from the front desk all the way down to the cleaning services was amazing. I enjoyed the bar. The bartender was very personable and had an amazing personality and massage was done by Anna. Best Western Rochester Marketplace Inn
Staff was amazing and friendly. Room needed work as the light over the sink didn't work and the toilet seat was the wrong size for the toilet, miscellaneous things. Otherwise a great location and a good, comfortable, quiet stay.
