"Due to plumbing repair overrun we were called at 0650 a week before and moved to a flat in Westcliff (choice of 2). I thought I was talking to a Vrbo person and was confused that the property details was on a different provider"s site. The flat address was for the ground floor but the flat was on the 1st floor. "A friend and myself had a three night stay in Lily Cottage which was just enough to see the local area. "I rate the Ibis London Excel hotel stay 5 Stars.The staff is professional and competent which is refreshing. I would like to recognize Stan for coming to our rescue. The hotel is equipped with a bar and restaurant that I found relaxing. The atmosphere is pleasant. No pressures. My room overlooked the Thames River. The views of the sunset and sunrise helped me to recharge in the midst of my long busy vacation. I enjoyed the room amenities such as Espresso, Rainforest shower and immaculate bedsheets on a heavenly bed.I am highly recommending this hotel."
