"Our impromptu weekend stay was great"

"Lovely older property that has clearly been maintained with love. I appreciated the high toilet (most hotel toilets are the short ones that are hard to use for those of us with long legs and bad knees). The linens were nice and it was comfortable and quiet. My only suggestion for any future updates is to add grab bars to the bath tubs since the sides are tall. "

"Upon Check in the Staff was great had a minor issue with room and taken care of within minutes."

"This was our second time staying at the cabin. My kids looked forward to it for weeks leading up to the stay. My youngest went on and on about how it was the best cabin ever. Had a great, relaxing time. Got lots of family pictures that looked like magazine pics. Lots of options for Christmas cards as well. "

"We spent one night here for a short family trip. VERY clean, comfortable, updated room. Staff was friendly. Staff was quick to respond with a problem with the jets in the hot tub and fixed it right away. "

"The place was very nice clean, very friendly staff. The night we started they were fully occupied which required reservations at the on site restaurant, the staff quickly took our reservation and slowed us to book it in the bar. The bar was not attached to the main house but was down next to the river which made for a nice view and surroundings. The food was good served hot and a decent variety on the menu. I would definitely stay here again. One thing to note there is no off street parking and since they were fully booked parking was a challenge. "
