"We are usually up in Osoyoos a few times every summer and always stay here. The rooms are clean and updated, pool is great and the staff is amazing. They always accommodate early check in if they can and basically will do anything to make your stay enjoyable! Would highly recommend!!!"

"We liked our stay at this hotel. Staff are very helpful and friendly with a welcoming attitude with a smile. We had lake view facing room which was perfect. Room was clean by HK staff every single day making it comfortable for us. Same food options every single day for breakfast made it kind of boring after 2nd day. Items for breakfast were well stocked. We enjoyed our stay at the hotel and definitely will be back soon."

"We stayed in a 1 bedroom queen suite in the Desert Suites building. Location was convenient to lobby, parking, pools and dining. Our room was clean and had all the usual amenities. The property could pay more attention to cleaning common areas, including the exterior windows and doorways. We enjoyed dinner in the on-site restaurant twice. Service, wine selection and food were all very good. Be aware the restaurant closes at 8pm. We saw a family and another couple get turned away shortly before 8:00 because the kitchen wasn't taking any new orders. All staff we encountered were very friendly, courteous and helpful. We enjoyed the overall ambience and energy and would stay again."
