This was a nice hotel for the price. The staff was very nice. The hallways were very fresh. The public restrooms were very clean. The only thing I didn’t like the pool was outdated but great location for rock Hill.

The property has some updates, Laminate flooring throughout. The countertops were very outdated. The rooms appeared to be pretty clean, however when I woke up this morning as I was packing up, I saw a roach on the desk. I prayed there were not others and nothing was in any of my bags and got out of there as soon as I could. I notified the front desk clerk as I checked out and she stated that she would let them know, I guess she meant management. This was not my first choice of stay but there was a issue with elevator at the previously booked hotel and I cannot do stairs at this time, so this was a last-minute booking. Also, this was room 132, I was initially given room 133 but that door wouldn't even open. the clerk came around to open it as I was unloading to room 132. Once she opened it, she was like, "I got in" and I said yep but you darn near had to break it to get in. I thought she was going to break the door handle the way she was yanking and beating on it. So no, I will not stay at this facility again.

Room temperature was comfortable. Beds were very comfortable. No bars of soap (or any other products) in the washroom. Hair dryer was broken and wouldn’t work.( I reported it to the checkout desk.) No in-room coffee or other amenities. Breakfast was minimal. No hot food. ”Recently Renovated” they must have hired the cheapest workers possible. Very poor workmanship. But better than before.

Obviously I am a price shopper or else I would not be staying at Red Roof Inn. It was not perfect but not much is these days. It was a clean, warm room with comfortable bed. Very appreciative of that. Nice policy of first dog free for first night. Nice little well lit dog walk area. Seemed pretty safe. I think we’ll Be back as this exit as is our 1/2 way point of trip.

Amazing stay

Came in from a long road trip from up north. Woman working the front that night was super sweet! And the room was very comfortable and clean. I definitely love that they are pet friendly too. Also she was very accommodating to me wanting a room close to the stairs. I’d definitely stay here again over any other in the area.

After driving almost 10hrs, my family and i decided to stay here. Its a pretty busy area with food close by. Beds are comfortable. Rooms were clean and spacious. Staff was very friendly. The only downside we had was a room next door decided to party on the balcony all night. I had to call the front desk twice before anything was fixed. It was very disappointing after being in the car all day.

The listing on the internet said newly renovated, the sign out front said newly renovated but, itw was not newly renovated! The air conditioner was falling apart, the bathroom door looks like somebody was trapped in there for several days- scratches all over it and the girl at the front desk had no idea how to help us with our f***** up television. We thought this was going to be a good choice because we just stayed at a Red Roof Inn in Wytheville and were super happy with the room. If we were supposed to stay there for longer than one night we would have moved.
