The room was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. U loved that the room was stocked with everything we needed for our 3 night stay! The staff was so very courteous and helpful! I loved how close to everything in Times Square it was. I will definitely come back to Riu on my future visits to NYC!

I stayed here for 4 days with my girlfriend. The hotel is in a great spot with good food spots and cafes within walking distance. Staff are very attentive and helpful. The room is cozy and the shower is probably the best I've seen in a hotel or airbnb. Would 100% recommend

When we checked in on Valentines Day the front desk person was so nice and she welcomed us to the property I wish I got her name. The hotel itself was wonderful and the bed was so comfortable
