"We loved the location and how close to the beach it was. It was clean upon arrival and information was given for the area on things to do. There was no essentials in the pantry for cooking. "Older property but clean and has everything you need. Bedroom mattress is very high and soft which is not my preference . Easy access to the beach. Was disappointed in handicap accessible parking. Even though we do not need it, we have a relative who would and this property does not have designated spots with enough room. They use orange cones with accessible signs on them in regular size spots. For someone in a wheelchair, they would not be able to park and then get out of the vehicle into a wheelchair on either side. I’m not sure if what they have is even up to code."

"The room was on the small side but adequate for 1-2 nights. The bed was very comfortable as was the pillows. The bathroom functions but needs updating. The mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker was a nice touch and all for a very reasonable price for Rockaway Beach. I would have liked to see some teabags for non coffee drinkers like myself. The front desk clerk was very helpful, he gave us a wine opener when we forgot ours. I would stay here again."
