Relax awhile at this fully renovated home nestled in the Northern Oregon Coast community of Nedonna Beach. Enjoy a pleasant neighborhood, filled with many friendly people. There are plenty of advantages of the community, including access to over a mile of lightly used, gently sloping, beach ideal for walking and for the brave splashing in the cold waters of the Pacific. You'll also have access to five miles of flat roads, some paved, some gravel, that are all perfect for walking and biking. The Nedonna Pond, which is stocked multiple times a year with Rainbow Trout, provides easy access for kids of all ages to catch fish. Other advantages include access to the South Nehalem Jetty, where down low at low tide explore muscles, sea urchins, and sea stars, or up top fish in the Nehalem or just take a walk. Visit the adjacent Tillamook Pioneer Museum’s Nedonna Marsh, where trails take you into an ancient wetland marsh. For additional discovery, the designated state recreation site of Manhattan Beach is within walking distance and Rockaway Beach is just two-and-a-half miles to the south where you will find numerous dining options, groceries and essentials, and plenty of unique shops all along Highway 101.

The home's expansive covered deck is the perfect spot to bask in the sea breezes and sounds of the crashing surf. The two-story interior offers total flexibility for friends or families vacationing together with each floor containing its own living room and well-stocked kitchen the group chef is sure to love. There's also a large, portable puzzle board for added at-home fun. Two electric fireplaces add an extra dose of elegant and cozy ambience. Free WiFi and a private washer/dryer round out the home essentials. Other recent additions include an electric vehicle charger.
