This is the best cabin I’ve ever stayed in !! It was very nice and big inside , hot tub was clean and amazing , fire was place was awsome , couch was big enough for all 5 of us to lay down comfortably. Very nice people to book with.
Great girls weekend location for a quiet milestone birthday get together. Clean, comfortable, and quiet location with everything we needed and an easy to operate hot tub. Would definitely consider returning in the future!
This place was great: location, host and house. It was secluded, clean, spacious, and well equipped. We would definitely stay again. The only thing I overlooked was that the twin beds are rolling trundles under the queens- which was a little difficult for the type of guest we had (
The cabin is beautiful, clean and cozy. It had everything we needed to cook and plenty of supplies even down to fire starters for the fire pit. It is secluded enough from other cabins & very peaceful. We really enjoyed sitting by the fire & relaxing in the tub with the lights around. We would definitely recommend this cabin and plan on coming back.
We had a great time on our girls weekend. The cabin was perfect for the 5 of us. We cooked most meals at the cabin, and the kitchen was very well equipped. The cabin is kind of far from the main Hocking Hills attractions but was in a beautiful, quiet location, so we didnt mind the drive.
The property is a perfect spot for a getaway experience. The house and hot tub was clean and comfy. It is super cute and super clean. I would stay here again. The hill wasn't as bad as I was expecting it to be. My daughters 2020 Honda Civic made it up the hill effortlessly..
Great place to stay easy to get to excellent location. The only thing negative I would say is the sink faucet needs to be tightened in the kitchen very loose. And the pans in the knives need to be updated. The noun sticked pains were scratched and the knives broken
We absolutely loved our stay. The house is beautiful inside, clean and spacious. Awesome large deck. We enjoyed the hot tub. Had everything we need! We had a family event to go to after checkout and the host graciously allowed us to take a bit of extra time so that we didn't have to rush out. The only problem was that we wish we had more time! We will definitely return!
This is a wonderful property! It' exactly like the pictures show x100, though!!! The rooms are very nice and the kitchen is huge. The couch had plenty of room for 6 people, and the coffee table was super cute. The hot tub was set up great ,and the firepit was nice and big. The only thing at the fire pit was that none of the outdoor lights worked. It would have been nice to be able to use those. The hot tub did have lights around it, and most of those worked. It would have been nice to be able to use those. The hot tub did have lights around it, and most of those worked. There is also plenty of parking for guests and large vehicles. Even though it's clearly marked, just remember to go up to the 2nd cabin when you pull onto the propertie and not the first cabin.
Arrived a bit early and was able to check in. House was as pictured. I read a review stating the address is listed on another home and it really is but just look past that house and you can see this one. We brought my grandson's jeep and there are trails right off the driveway to take through the woods, he had a blast. The hot tub is not as far away as I thought it was from the house. Did have to clean the water and run a filter cycle but the hot tub was great!!!! Didn't get to use the fire pit as it rained pretty much the whole time. Wish there was an awning over the porch so we could have utilized that space more. Bring your own paper towels and a few extra rolls of toilet paper. We did bring bottled water; we aren't used to well water. Bring your keurig or buy reg coffee (filters were provided). We loved our stay and plan to come back in the summer for another family get-a-way!
The only thing that I did not like about the property was the drive up the hill to get there.
I was able to check in a little early which was nice. I did however think this house was the one closest to the “road” because it said the house number on that house. Instead you have to drive past the dark house that says the house number and go to the tan house with no house number behind it. So getting there was a little stressful beings as you’re on the hill in the woods with no cell reception and that doesn’t make sense that the house number they give you is on the wrong house.
I had to just wonder around until I found it. That’s the only thing that wasn’t as described. They do tell you to stay left on the driveway but I saw the house number and thought I was there. I told my buddies to pass the dark house and go to the tan one and they said if I didn’t tell them they would have all done the same thing.
If I had to chose another complaint it’s that you can tell this is strictly a rental because you couldn’t live in it with the kitchen supplies provided, lots of empty cabinets. It did do the job and get us through the weekend though. They even had a blender and pancake griddle.
The house was far enough away from the other houses that you feel a very good amount of privacy, but you’re not totally in the woods by yourself.
Overall we all had a very good time and would come back again, just not in my car lol that hill is no joke.
The property was very clean when we arrived. We enjoyed the fire pit and the hot tub was great!! We also appreciated the extra hideaway beds. My only suggestion would be to have some more basic items around the cabin. Basic spices (besides salt and pepper) and Tupperware for left overs would have been nice. Overall, it was a great stay and I would recommend staying while visiting hocking hills
We rented the property for a Sisters’ weekend getaway and it was perfect! Two bathrooms was ideal for a group of women. The house was clean, beautiful and had everything we needed. We didn’t get around to using the fire pit, but we did enjoy the indoor fireplace and spent a little time in the hot tub. The open great room with the sectional sofa was great so we could all be together. We had a great time. Thank you!
This property was fantastic! The location was great, the inside of the cabin was extremely clean and looked so nice. We’re already planning our next trip back!
