"This was a very clean property with the perfect location to have fun in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. "

"We were surprised that for a very high property fee. There was no ice no ice trays no coffee no amenities on the property at all. Also, GPS does not get you to the property. We had to download an app on our phone and in just reading the description of the property were able to get directions, however those were even wrong as it said to turn it to Phillips 66 gas station and it has been a gas station since 2018 "

"This property was excellent for our quick trip to Maryville. Cleanliness was exceptional upon our check in. Very cozy feel to the property! The kitchen was well equipped for our cooking needs. Location was exactly what we wanted. Very close to anything you may need. Terry was very helpful and generous in accommodating us. Thanks, Terry! We really enjoyed the outdoor area on the back porch. Nice and shaded in the evening. We were not disappointed with anything during our stay. "

"Pros.Close to everything in Pigeon Forge. Wifi and cable was Great. Showers were hot and had great water pressure. Staff was very nice and check-in was easy. The unit was clean and worked well for us and our 2 small dogs. The unit had a keurig coffee maker, and spices. The bed was comfortable. Price was good for this unit.Cons: Patio Door Blind could have worked better. We did not need to use the back door, but it would not open because the steps were too high and catching on the door, and a...
