"Our room was very comfortable and had a section portioned off for a living room like area. The staff was very helpful and the breakfast was great. Plenty of fresh fruit, a yogurt bar, and oatmeal bar, as well as eggs and sausage links. They also had a decent gym. It had a dumbbell collection with a bench, a couple of bikes, an elliptical, and a treadmill."

"Checking staff was very friendly. Wanted a late check out and they accommodated it at no extra cost. The elevators were slow as hell but at least they worked. Room wasn’t stocked completely. Missing some towels and soap to wash your hands.Overall not too bad for the price."

"One of the best and cleanest hotels I have ever stayed at in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin. Also, I left my laptop in the entrance lobby during arrival, and they kept it safe despite me realizing it is missing the next day. It is a great stay and will definitely be back."

She is a delightful treasure. You expect desk personnel to be helpful & pleasant but Lisa not only went above and beyond but welcomed us back every time we walked in the door."
