"All staff were great and kind to us except one. Austin at the waterfront bar. He was rude, expected us to know what we wanted to order the second we sat down. Rolled his eyes, processed to ignore us and served/check on other customers. When we asked him to break a $20 he again rolled his eyes. The bartender Thomas at the westbar was an absolute joy to see and speak too. One of our favorites to see at the end of the day. Wish the massages didn’t fill up so fast but understandable. The extra activities to do at night is awesome! Example: fire pits outside. Enjoyed the live music, karaoke, piano being played everywhere we went (beautiful). Food was amazing! Drinks were perfect! Respect to privacy was greatly appreciated. Appreciate the ability to have an escape away from children. (The adults only spa pool area). Hottub got warm enough after the jets were turned on. In the adults only spa area. "

"My stay at the Comfort Suites was comfortable and quiet, with the room and pool area being very clean. I also appreciated the friendly cleaning staff who greeted guests in the hallway. As my room faced the east, there was a beautiful sunrise from my window! Great stay for the price!"

Everything felt fresh and modern, from the sleek furniture to the state-of-the-art lighting. The attention to detail was impeccable; you could tell every corner of the property had been thoughtfully updated. The cleanliness was top-notch, which is always a huge plus for me. It’s rare to find a place that balances style and comfort so effortlessly. If you're looking for a spot that feels both luxurious and pristine, this is it. Lakeside Suites has nailed the modern hotel experience, and I can't wait to book my next stay."
