I have only good things to say about my stay. I will choose this hotel next time I am in the area. It was clean, friendly, plenty of area to walk my dog, and easy access to everywhere I needed to go.

Staff was fantastic. When I arrived, the young lady told me I would probably like the second floor better because it’s more quiet. She was correct. The whole staff was very polite. The room was spotless clean and the air smelled good. Hotel is located down the street from some excellent Italian restaurants in downtown Richmond, Illinois just a very nice day. In fact, it was so nice. I stayed an extra day.

Budget in mind

It was good. The driveway exiting was difficult due to the traffic but for the price it was worth it. Room was fine and the breakfast is what you expect

The hotel was ok. The beds were a little hard, but not so bad that taking a couple of Tylenol in the morning wouldn’t fix. Room was clean. The front desk lady was super nice.

The hotel is an older hotel however, it was clean. My room was a good size, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was adequate. I have stayed in the past and will stay there again.
