"Our stay was not what we expected. The indication was that there was an outdoor pool. Since the temperature called for a couple of days above 80 degrees we looked forward to the pool, but were only informed that it was still closed since Covid. We also expected a free breakfast, however we were informed on arrival that they also had not offered breakfast since Covid. This was not the stay we expected."

"Relatively less expensive location so didn’t expect excellence, but the property is in need of minor repairs and the cleaning staff are not very careful. There is also a fair amount of street noise and noise from other people staying there."

"Check-in staff was unfriendly and not very helpful, which made for a poor first impression. The room and property were great overall. Breakfast was just okay, as they ran out of several items early, but the breakfast staff was very nice."

Old Hickory Village is a gem of a community, with nearby lakeside walking, pizzeria dining, walkable neighborhood (very sweet), spacious backyard, great shaded lazy porch,…. Quick 20-25 minute drive to Nashville. Many thanks to Chris for grand hospitality (Grade:A)."
