Front desk staff were friendly and welcoming, our room was clean and a great size for myself and my two teenagers! The only slight downside was not much seating at breakfast - but the food offerings were very good.

The room is clean, just the right size for me and my husband. Plenty of parking spaces and is close to the places we visited especially the Opry. They have a nice & savory breakfast to choose from and the lady that’s managing the breakfast is nice and checking on the guest and she’s by herself and she was great with what she is doing.

I enjoyed my stay. It's a very quite hotel. The room was clean and the staff was very nice. Especially the young lady that does the morning breakfast. I almost cancelled my booking because of some negative ratings. I am glad I didn't. For the amount of the stay it's a great hotel. I have absolutely no complaints. I will stay there again.
