Great location! Walking distance to restaurants and shops. Recommend Roy Moore’s for lobster and chowder. The shops closed early -most closed by 5PM. Nice patio bar at hotel. Fell asleep to sound of waves crashing against the rocks. Beautiful sunset. Good value.

Staying here at the start of fall was amazing! The room was beautiful and well appointed, with the king size bed more comfortable than my own at home. Everything from management was contactless which allowed for seamless check in and checkout. Heads up there are about 20 stairs to get to the second floor with no elevator. The view was unbelievable and peaceful. We'll definitely be back!

The room was clean, comfortable and cute. We got the petite room with a queen bed and it was all we really needed considering it was just my boyfriend and I. The views out to the ocean were beautiful and we loved our stay in Rockport. I would highly recommend, this place to others looking for a quick little getaway.

Rooms were spacious and clean. Being right on the ocean was great. Lot's of food options in the area and during the peak season they have a full bar onsite. Would be nice to stroll down the street with a local brew but this is Massachusetts and they dont allow it. You can burn a fatty but not drink a beer. SMH

This is the most beautiful location you could stay at. Adorable local area. Very walkable. Easy parking and check in. Very very clean. Have coffee on the porch. Watch the sunset from bed over the water. Swim in the ocean at the beach a 7 minute walk away. Perfection.

Location is everything.

Location, location, location. Amazing views and sound of ocean. Walk to shops and food. The positives: Excellent location and good service and clean. But beds and soft and pillows are like rocks, walls thin and neighbors kept us up with their talking on the porch, plastic cups and mediocre coffee amenities. Overall very average - u pay for the location.

A worthy consideration for any stay in Rockport. We were impressed by the cleanliness of our room which was outstanding. Parking is right in front of the building in a town where parking can be difficult to find at times. The room was tastefully decorated and provided a front row seat to the ocean. As others have mentioned, listening to the waves hit the shoreline was relaxing; like having your own live sound machine. We stayed in room 5 which had two double beds. We only used one which we found to be soft, but comfortable enough. The bed linens, bath towels, shower curtain and in room amenities (fridge, luggage rack, Keurig, extra pillows & blankets) were all top notch. There was a small cafe table and chairs for in room use as well as a TV and air conditioner which we didn’t use. The area is a fun, coastal destination filled with quintessential New England views, architecture, touristy shops, restaurants and eateries. We did not interact with any staff; however, communication from the owners regarding our stay was timely, detailed and provided for an easy check in and check out. I highly recommend if you’re seeking a clean and convenient accommodation in Rockport. Note that it is not a pet friendly site or accessible per ADA standards as noted in their information.

Spent two nights in Rockport on recommendation from a local Bostonian. Amazing little town on the coast with unique shops and eateries. Parking is reserved out front of the hotel which is nice because the street parking may be difficult to find. All the rooms have ocean front balconies. Two twins and one bathroom would be a little tight for our family of four if we were staying all week, but for a couple of nights, we made it work for the location. The lodge has a small public patio that serves snacks and drinks (not coffee. You have to walk back down the street for your espresso). The local shops are a draw for shoppers to buy unique souvenirs and local art. We did both.Plan on returning to this 5 ⭐location.
