Heaven on Moosehead Lake

We had a wonderful time at this property. The unit was a perfect size for our family of four. It was spotless and well-supplied. We used the kayaks almost every day. We also rented a small boat from The Birches which we kept at the dock. This property is in a good location for accessing hikes and other lakes in the region. We hope to return again to this property!

Very nice place but Lots of Cameras

Very nice place, private dock and fire pit by lake, volleyball net, 2 car garage, kayaks there for your use, super fast Elon Misk Starkink internet. Only issue was there was surveillance cameras all over the place outside, literally..

5 Stars is easy!

Luke and Deb were nothing short of amazing. Their hospitality is so genuine and staying in the apartment in the detached garage at their home was perfect. There was a winter storm on both of our travel days and because their other guests stays would not have been impacted by adjusting check in/out days we were able to adjust our plans by 1 day preventing us from driving in a storm. Upon arrival, Luke was so helpful and accommodating. The apartment was perfect for our trip- ice fishing and snowmobiling were done right from the front door. Though not child proof, our young kids had a blast with the bunk beds and making a fort. The kitchen had everything we needed for our stay and the living room was cozy. Would definitely book again! Thank you, Luke and Deb!

Peaceful retreat

Spent a week with family at this unit. The unit was clean, had all necessary items, and it’s location on the lake was beautiful. The boys spent their days exploring the lake, swimming and fishing. The evenings were spent around a fire. The owners were very responsive to inquiries. Hope to be able to come back sometime in the future.
