They were understaffed and we had to wait for over 30 minutes to get to our room. Normally, it wouldn’t be an issue, but we were exhausted. "What lovely hosts and a cozy space. I am late getting to review this space, but the hosts are so great, they deserve it. Good communication via the app. Cozy bed, great TV setup, a hot tub with clear use instructions. The hosts were gracious about providing privacy for hot tub use, and made everything so easy! I love that the space is ADA accessible, and that the hosts clearly took ADA accommodations into account when creating this cute space. Cute *and* highly functional are rare and so appreciated. "
