"We had an issue with our booking and staff was amazing especially the manager. The room was clean and the bathroom floor is heated which is so nice on a cold morning. There were plenty of pillows too. I would give it 5 stars but we were in a room where the train ran past our windows and woke us up every night. If you stayed on the opposite side you would be fine."
