"All the staff were so friendly and welcoming, which really made us feel at home. I even decided to stay an extra night, and the two young ladies at the front desk were amazing—they worked out a great deal for me. We truly love this place! It’s so close to RMNP, the views are breathtaking, and the room was perfectly clean. I’d recommend this hotel to anyone and can’t wait to come back! "

To our surprise they moved us to the penthouse on the top floor of the tower facing Okanagan Lake with a beautiful view of the City and actually reduced our nightly rate for the extra night we stayed. Can’t say enough about the friendliness and accommodating nature of the front desk person. "

"The cottages are cool with well equipped kitchen for cooking, good savings to avoid expensive restaurants! A little isolated from the main town but offers serene environment for a good rest from tiring outdoor activities. It has indoor activities like wall paddling, swimming, and gym in case you don’t feel like going out!"
