"We enjoyed our time and had a lovely stay. Rob was great at communicating with us every step of the way, quick to respond and help out with any questions we had throughout our stay. It was so convenient to have everything we needed provided for us — from kitchen supplies to beach chairs and umbrella. And the backyard grill was definitely a highlight. Highly recommended host and house!"

They were helpful through email before we even arrived, going out of their way to answer questions. It is a beautiful location with easy to walk to restaurants and easy beach access. "What a wonderful home in a great community. We enjoyed short walks to both nearby beaches. Concerts on the beach. Ice cream. A few visits to the fun Niantic Children’s museum. Met very nice locals at the beach and on walks. I can see why people like to live here. Great meals at 374 and Fat Tuba. And awesome lunch at the Mexican. Fun farmers market. Hotness very responsive and helpful. We loved our stay in this great place. Really loved that it is not as crowded as the cape which is ridiculous. Left the book barn with loads of books. It was a great week on a spacious home that met all our needs. Thank you."

"My family and I had a wonderful time and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was very spacious and kid friendly for our four children. My daughters especially loved the collection of books and card games that were provided. John was a very responsive host and helped us with any questions that we had. We loved the two minute walk to the playground and short drive to the beach. We also enjoyed the drive into Niantic and checking out the boardwalk and local stores and restaurants. We had a fantastic week and would definitely book again!"

"This house was the perfect destination for our summer vacation to Niantic and the Connecticut shore. Our family has been camping at nearby Rocky Neck State Park for the past 40 years. The close location of this home was exactly what we needed while vacationing for the first time with our newborn. This was also the very first time we used the VRBO app. This entire process exceeded our expectations. The home was clean, efficient, and we felt very safe having our newborn there for five days. We can’t think the management team enough, who was always quick to respond to our questions. Thank you for helping make our vacation such a memorable and enjoyable one."
