Adrian the owner was very nice with plenty of local tips to enhance our stayv and happy to tell you all about the rare breads on his farm. The bungalow was clean on arrival and all the necessaties of a home away from home facilities were in place (large fridge/freezer), cooker, TV/Wifi, shower etc and worked as expected. The bungalow was very warm and the heating a little hard to work out how to adjust to get it cooler but with the large patio door it wasn't such a problem. The place does look a little dated with some older styled furntiure but it was all comfy and for the price I have no complaints. ...

" Allercabin is a rustic, gorgeous comfy and relaxing heaven. The perfect location to explore Exmoor and to relax and unwind as well. Cannot say enough about the place. Everything is thought out, the hot tub heats fast, and looks fantastic lite at night with the lights. We truly felt at home and on our own even on a working farm but knew we could ask if needed anything as well."

"Our second stay at the White Hart, this time with two other couples. A very characterful old hotel in a nice little town, convenient for exploring north west Somerset or into Devon. Being an old building there are some quite steep stairs and no lift but this did not cause us any issues. Breakfast was a good cold buffet. At the time we visited there was no chef (last time we had dinner at the hotel) but we all had dinner all three nights at the Bear Inn over the road (good food, wide menu, its own Black Bear brewery, tables reservable). A couple of other restaurants in Wiveliscombe appeared on the internet but had closed. Old building but kept clean. Appreciated tea and coffee making supplies being topped up. Dog friendly. "

"Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. It is within close distance to the Rail Station, Cricket Stadium & Town Centre. Staff were great & very helpful. Bedroom was large & comfortable & despite being near the road was fairly quiet. Bathroom needed updating but was large. For the price I paid, the room comfort, staff & location I would say this hotel is perfect & will definitely be staying again."
