"Yes the breakfast was the best thing about staying at the Best Western in St. Catharines. We were there for 4 nights and not enough towels were supplied. Only 1 towel per person. The carpet was filthy and I could smell the dirt. The bathtub filled up when taking a shower. The drain was glued in. What a mess."

"We stayed the same weekend as a hockey tournament was happening. It was very busy and the pool was packed and over chlorinated which of course makes sense with the number of kids at the hotel. Being there without kids, it would’ve been nice to have been offered something like breakfast or an app at the restaurant because it wasn’t our ideal situation."

"Disappointing experience with the “Kids Eat Free” promotion at Holiday Inn & Suites St. Catharines. The website clearly states that kids 11 and under eat free with a staying adult guest when dining in the restaurant with a regular order. I did confirm this with the front desk and received confirmation. However, the restaurant refused to honor the promotion and stated, “we don’t have that service,” without any explanation or attempt to resolve the issue. This is misleading for families and unacceptable. The promotion should either be honored as advertised or clearly corrected on all official channels. "
