"We went there after booking and the owner even did'nt know we are going to arrive that saturday. She had to clean the sheets and the ONLY room that was available . There was NO kitchen, she was putting an outdoor kitchen next to a garden beautiful on the pictures, but its stinks to gasoline from an outboardmotor in an old oilcan. IF she had people in the second bedroom, you had to share the "beautiful view" bathroom. This is NOT what enlisted on the webpage from homeaway. We don't stay there...

"Book a luxury room with sofa bed for family. On arriving the AC doesn't working and in the room was 30°, imagine that with two small children after 5 hours travelling. Fast reaction from the reception to resolving the problem, they change our room with better, but the TV doesn't working almost on every channel. In fact the staff was very hopefully and the breakfast was great, the poll too. And last the SPA was amazing with Ice cave "

"We had a truly exceptional stay at Villa Flavia. The hotel was in a superb location, with a very friendly and helpful staff, and wonderful accommodations. The rooms were clean and modern, beds were very comfortable, and breakfast was plentiful. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Plovdiv and would choose it every time ! Check out the tour of the hotel-- it's built on ancient ruins and the hotel staff does a nice job of explaining the history. "
