Yes the room was spotless and the staff were courteous. However the issue regarding the supposedly FREE AIRPORT TRANSFER was confusing and ultimately we had to pay for our transfer TO the hotel.

The room smells moldy and so is the entire floor. From the minute you get out of the elevator going to the rooms it smells so moldy and seems lack of ventilation.
