    Newly built holiday home (built in 2017) with air conditioning on the Swedish island of Tjörn, which is located 60 km north of Gothenburg, where the famous Lieseberg theme park is also located. The island is located on one of the most beautiful parts of the Swedish archipelago coast with well-known fish restaurants and smokehouses around the corner. There are plenty of opportunities for swimming here and it is only a 10-minute walk from the holiday home to a small, secluded sandy beach with a diving board and barbecue facilities. There is also a golf course on Tjörn, the famous Nordic watercolour museum in Skärhamn and Klädesholmen, which is a very charming old fishing village.

    In the 50 m² holiday home there is a bedroom with a luxurious double bed and a sofa bed with room for 2 people and a bathroom with shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, oven, fridge and freezer. In the living room there is a TV with German and Swedish channels.

    On the veranda you will find garden furniture and a charcoal barbecue and there is a car park with charging facilities directly in front of the house. There is also a swing and a trampoline in our garden.

    A motorboat (Ryds 484) with a 50hp 4 stroke engine and GPS navigation device can be rented per day or week; the boat is perfect for fishing or exploring the beautiful archipelago... You don't need a licence, but you should have some experience.
    Guided boat trips with a slightly larger motorboat can also be booked...

    The distance to the sandy beach is 700m, about 10 minutes on foot... and 2 km to the nearest grocery store
