A light and airy modern hotel with beautiful views from the restaurant and bar terrace area. The room was quiet and clean with everything we needed. Car charging is available at the hotel. Breakfast was excellent with an extensive choice.

Visited Marstrand for a family wedding. Stayed at Havshotel Marstrand. Great hotel with a really nice bar area overlooking the harbour. Close to the ferry and plenty of parking however there is a daily charge. The room was very small considering we booked for two adults and one child however the staff were excellent and very helpful.

We wish we could have stayed here longer! Everyone - from the front desk to the restaurant - was so pleasant and welcoming. Despite the weather, we enjoyed walking around the property and local area, and then feasted on a superb dinner. The breakfast buffet is exceptional!

Inte värt fyra stjärnor

Min upplevelse på hotellet levde tyvärr inte upp till förväntningarna. Rummet var spartanskt utrustat – varken vattenkokare eller kylskåp fanns, vilket kändes snålt. För att få tag på något så enkelt som varmt vatten behövde man gå hela vägen ner till restaurangen. Badrummet var i dåligt skick med flagnande emalj i badkaret och ett allmänt slitet intryck. Servicen i restaurangen lämnade också mycket att önska – det tog lång tid att få uppmärksamhet, men däremot försökte personalen sälja vin tre gånger, trots att vi redan tackat nej. Och så utsikten… Marstrand Havshotell är utan tvekan den fulaste byggnaden i området. En stor grå klump som förstör hela intrycket från öns annars charmiga miljö. Tyvärr inget jag skulle rekommendera till någon som söker en riktigt trevlig hotellupplevelse.

Helt ok. Skulle må bra av en liten renovering ganska snart. Bra möjlighet att ladda bilen. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Trasig handdukstork, ingen golvvärme i badrummet. Gott bröd. En underlig detalj: ingen apelsinjuice till frukost med hänvisning till brist. Märkligt för oss gäster från Sevilla där apelsinerna ligger i drösar på gatorna.
