Central but noisy
The room was clean and the beds reasonably comfortable although there was a hole in one of the sheets. It was located on the second floor with very steep and narrow stairs. The hotel was dog friendly which I needed but our dog was afraid of the noisy bar and the steep stairs. Location was wonderfully central and on the waterfront. The bar had a DJ late into the night (about 1:30 am) which we could hear clearly in our room. Earplugs were provided which should have been our first clue. Breakfast was nice, tea and coffee provided and staff were friendly

Location of the hotel in the city center, all available by walk, nice view on the river and bar downstairs. Very nice and helpful personel.

Relax in Roermond
Charming hotel ideally located in the town of Roermond. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room clean and comfortable. View from bedroom window was lovely. Parking the car was easy. Bed and linens were good and I had a really good nights sleep each night. It is easy to walk round the town and there are lots of shops and cafes. The surrounding countryside it great to explore and despite the chill in the air the walks and views are worth it.

Nice but in need of upgrades.
It was okay, it was rather warm. No air conditioning. With the windows open the place was still hot! Screens needed for the windows. Some street noise. Lightning could be better also.

Cozy hotel, close to the Munster, walk to trains
Needed a hotel between Eindhoven and Dusseldorf. I am glad I found the De Pauw. Nice bar and breakfast at 7am

Gezellig en vriendelijk.
Vriendelijke bediening. Heel gezellig aan de Roerkade. Zeer voordelig. Ondanks de verouderde kamers zonder airco geen centje pijn. Parkeren is wel een dingetje. Wij waren met de motor en konden die op de stoep aan de overkant parkeren. Kortom: als we weer in Roermond zijn, dan komen we hier zeker weer.

Vriendelijk personeel, goed basic ontbijt, perfecte ligging. 5min van winkelstraten en 10min wandelen naar het outletcentrum. Juist op dekamer tapijt dat niet fris ruikt.

Ein sehr uriges Hotel mut sehr nettem Personal. Die Bar ist auch zu empfehlen. Haben den abend dort ausklingen lassen mit Bier und leckerem Essen. Die Heizung war jedoch im Zimmer nur nachts an. Es war ziemlich kalt

Das Hotel ist mitten in der Stadt und man kommt schnell überall hin. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und spricht auch Deutsch.

Hotel Pauw is een eenvoudig hotel waar het goed vertoeven is. Het is een van de weinige hotels met eenpersoonskamers. Het is er vrij gehorig en de kamers aan de voorzijde liggen boven het caféterras. Uit voorzorg liggen er oordopjes klaar. Het ontbijt is prima! Let op met parkeren. Niet voor alle parkeergarages die op de website genoemd worden heeft het hotel een uitrijkaart!

Preis-Leistubg sehr gut
Nachdem wir 3 Steile Treppen hochgegangen sind, haben wir das Familienzimmer, was aus 2 DZ bestand, bezogen. Bis auf einige Spinnen in den Ecken, die bei dieser Witterung normal sind, waren die Zimmer sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Frisch gebratene Eier und Speck nach persönlichen Wünschen. Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich.

Ideale locatie als je een dagje Roermond wilt doen, alles is op loop afstand. Personeel is heel erg vriendelijk, en voor een zogenaamd karakteristiek gebouw was het allemaal zeer netjes en schoon.

Uitstekende locatie met prima restaurant/café er onder. We hadden twee nachten geboekt, helaas door corona van één van ons na een nacht vertrokken. We hoefden slechts voor één nacht te betalen. Heel vriendelijk personeel, oud pand, mooie ruime gerenoveerde kamers. Steile trap naar bovenverdieping, maar toch goed te belopen. We gaan zeker nog een keer terug naar de mooie stad roermond, en nemen zeker weer dit hotel.
