Enclosed underground carpark very convenient but is also right next to Roermond station so perfect if coming by train. Lots of nice pubs and restaurants nearby and a short walk from pretty much everything we wanted to see/do. Some staff were really friendly, particularly the housekeeping, while others were kind of rude. Would love to see more vegan options at breakfast but other than that it was a fine stay

Great hotel, location and staff. Issues: - bike storage should have proper racks to give more security to cyclists. We had no issues, but i didn’t feel comfortable leaving my bike at first and you are not allowed to keep them in your room. - i think their ecofriendliness could be improved by leaving soap bars, as ours was swapped with a new one every day even though it had been hardly used.
